We'll you've answered your question about forks
If you do the same search for your rear wheel question, then you'll answer that too, you'll not need our input ![]() But everything I've read, there's not much to be gained from fitting a wider rear wheel.

Exactly what you're proposing on doing. Front end swap & replace rear shock
Depending on your weight, either Zx6, ZX10 or GSXR shock is your best & cheapest option

you wont get a USD front end for 2-300.
expect to pay: forks = 150> front wheel = 100> mudguard = 40> callipers = 50> yokes = 100> (if you want to keep the naked look with renthals then you will need a custom yoke make) brake lines = £40 wheel spindle = £30> nuts bolts etc.etc. £40> discs = £80> performance + tart = lodsa cash |

^ this man knows his stuff he's done a few front end swaps
If you're super lucky you'll get a full USD front end (none radial) for around £500 Rear shock is anything from £50-£100 or even £500 if you're thinking Penske. Don't forget buying all the bits individually may look cheaper but these are all heavy items and often postage means you loose out in the long run. |
