Default Oil filter and sump plug washer - Curvy/Pointy same?

I have an oil filter and sump plug washer for my curvy project but have just bought a pointy and noticed some "mayo" in the oil level sight glass. Could I use the oil filter and sump washer from the curvy? Is there any difference? This is one of the first times I've even looked at a pointy so I genuinely have no idea.
Thanks

Either of you fine chaps know what size the sump plug washer is for an SV1000? Want to get a fresh one before I take out the plug for the oil change so can't measure the one that's already in there.

14mm washer, standard one is 14.1mmX18mmX1.5mm (ID/OD/Th.).
