If you're looking for something else, check out M&S. They start Christmas recruitment soon and take on quite a few student types. Hopefully they'll see naked bar dancing as youthful high spirits rather than indecent exposure.

Im already handing in my CV to other places. And it happened because of a combination of me making a few mistakes on the bar/ being late once and a certain land-ladys daughter who has a ****ing **** up her ass. Im on a 'trial period' So cant do much about it.

And no Simon... i thought that was your area of expertise

Ahh, work politics. Yes, trial periods are often dodgy.

It was mostly my fault though not going to deny. I wouldnt of been sacked if she had just accepted my apology and offer to keep my tips for the evening but it dosent work like that. They thought i wasn't learning fast enough but im basically completely new to it all. Saddest thing is recently i'd really gotten the hang of everything and had began to know the locals by name etc. Oh well, Handing in a CV somewhere else in 20 mins

HAHA, no. I wasn't that bad according to a girl i worked with, she thinks it was all a tad harsh. I've seen her making the same mistakes as me and nothing came of it. But yeah hopefully this afternoon will be successful
