are the above the same as i have a usd front end in my curvy and want to fit it to the pointy will they swap over without swapping the stems over

as standard they are both a 30 x 55 x17 bearing and share the same part number 09267-30010, but I'm sure you already knew that

Depends what USD front end you've got and what was done to fit it on the curvy.
If it's the common GSXR swap with the curvy top head bearing replaced, then it should work OK on the pointy. If the curvy stem was pressed into the yoke (retaining both standard curvy head bearings) then that won't work with the pointy top bearing. |
