I'am upgrading to a sportbike, what do you think is best for me? It will be a 2005 model. .Last two bikes were an ER5 & the SV. Cheers

Having not ridden any of them, can't really give you an answer.

BUT, i'd be tempted to hold off for a while and see what the new Triumph 680 triple (see this week's MCN) is like - the photos so far look drop-dead gorgeous IMHO.

the question is do you like 4cylinders or 2? ive had lots of 4's and now prefer twins so my ideal upgrade would be sv1000s or a tuono!

Definately a twin. Tuono or Mille, or an F4 Tamburini

Loads of folks on here like the Kwak ZX636R. The 2005 model has a "nicer" rear shock IIRC.

Nice in green or silver, I think

However, the CBR600RR looks stunning IMHO but is a tad on the small side for me.

What about a GSX-R750? *drools*

Buy my 04 Triumph Sprint ST....... 2 bikes in one!

Other than that if it was me I'd be looking at a GSXR 1000
