Default Just passed and SV's knackered

So I passed my test just after lunch get back sort out my insurance, twidle my thumbs waiting for the 30min gap for the insurance to go 'live', manage 90secs and think **** it and jump on, turn the key and hit the ignition. Nothing

Try it again, still dead. Check the stand rocker switch, thats good, change the ignition fuse still dead make various phone calls and call down a pox on the bstd that sold it to me. Just about to try the jumpleads from the car when someone suggests I try it with the clutch lever in

So I've just got back from a ride and dear good thats some fierce engine braking, it wasnt like that on the Kwaks. Lot's of fun and a few scary bits like when I tried not to look like a total novice in front of another rider, scared myself and briefly forgot how to go around a corner. Decided to come back because of sore arms and a wardrobe malfunction (A miscalculation about how much a biker jacket would ride-up on a dual carrigeway and hipster jeans meant several motorists being dazzeled by an expanse of pale white flesh)

I want to go out again

Um, i think the clutch switch has been the annoyance of many new peeps to SV bikes, or possably suzuki's in general as most other makes the bike will start in neutral without the clutch in.

I love bike training, it is so useful.

They teach you how to kill yourself by driving into the back of cars whilst performing far more shoulder checks than are needed and yet they don't teach you how to start the vast majority of motorcycles these days.
