Default Anyone know of a used injected SV for sale?

A mate of mine's just passed his test, and realised he can't insure a CBR600RR So, he's looking at an XT660 or an SV, most likely. He's looking to do a big scour of the dealerships at the weekend, so does anyone know where there's a good one, or a good price on a slightly bad one?

Alternatively, anyone know of a used one, or got one to sell?

He wants a new-ish bike, basically. It's been hard enough to convince him not to buy new... The lust for an extra claimed 3bhp or whatever seems to have got him (he's also looking at an XT660- he read that if you change the exhaust you can get an extra 10-15bhp. Probably true, but that still only makes 40 or so...)

He's probably not going to be one of those DAS riders who's a disaster though, on his 125 it's fair to say he was an excellent rider, quick but with a good head for it too. Obviously a big bike's different but I think he'll be fine.

Hiya.

Two Wheels out your way had a pointy of some description in stock a week or so ago. Cupar had none on Sunday.

Just looked at the website and found this.... at Two Wheels. It might be worth a visit.

Cheers,

Garry
