Default Is this Carb balancer any good ?

Link

Seems pretty cheap- but looks like all you get is a tube ?

Can some techie please explain to me how it works?

Many Thanks

Edit:

Just bought it. Feedback seems to be good on this.

Is there anything else I need to balance the carbs ? Like a T piece or something ?

If yes please let me know which one I need ( size)

Everything you need should be in the kit, looks simple enough, let us know how it works out.

Hmm, probably alright for twins, but I wouldn't want to use it for a four cylinder bike.

Usually the adjusters on fours split the carbs into two pairs, so you can use a pair of gauges (or this manometer thing) just as well.
