In case this helps I found the Abba stand came in handy while attempting to undo the swingarm locknut. I bought a socket tool of ebay
and it was so tight it kept slipping off. So I used the Abba stand to clamp the socket in place as shown in the photo. Worked a treat. ![]() |

What a clever idea. I bought the same tool, but didn't experience that problem as my socket is a tight fit. Or maybe the locknut wasn't so tight.
Hope you didn't scratch the frame before you found this solution. |

Socket is a good fit but locknut was ****** tight - did scratch frame unfortunately but only minor one. Thought I'd post this in case it helps anyone avoid doing the same.
