I need aftermarket pegs for my K3 650S as I have fitted lower (Lovely mod for me) Buell pegs and have lost the originals but keep getting my toe down on trackdays. Are the aftermarket ones grippy enough compared to the rubber ones? I'm a bit nervous about this because I'm getting more confident on track and the Buell ones aren't too grippy themselves. Also where should the inside foot be on the peg if going for knee down? I've heard two versions- 1-tucked into the corner of the peg and heel guard and 2-on the end of the peg at as far a right angle as possible?
Also are these pretty much generic? Thanking you kindly. ![]() |

I haven't got a problem with vibes with the current ones they're just a bit too shiny to inspire confidence. Might just get the angle grinder or file out and rough 'em up a bit.
