Default Thinking of possible bikes to upgrade too..

So I got my first road bike this season (a Ninja 250r) and I am thinking of good possible bikes to upgrade to. I will have put about 1500 miles on it by the end of the riding season, so IMHO I think I want something in the range of 650cc-700cc. So some possible bikes that I was thinking of are...

SV650s- That why I joined this forum ^^.
Ninja 650r.

So do you guys have any opinions on some good second bikes?
How do you like the SV650s?

Thanks for the help

I'm thinking you're american, from the bike names- wee bit different to ours. Usually I'd recommend the Honda Hornet- 599, you guys call it- but they're not as common in the states I think, for some reason they never took off. Great bikes, if you like that sort of thing (naked hooligan screamers). Or, CBR600F, I really wish I liked these because one of these would be the perfect bike for me in just about every way, but I don't

You didn;t really say what sort of riding you do... But I reckon the Versys is a better bike than the ER6n (ninja 650)

I hear that them SV's are good bikes

The SV is my first big bike after a 125 and it's great. While it turns a bit slower than the 125, it feels more solid in the corners. The grunt and engine braking from the twin engine are also nice.

P.S. What's a Ninja 250? Do we have them in England under a different name?

Yea, I'm American. Does the Kawasaki Ninja EX250 ring a bell? It is also called that.

The CBR600F is a great option as well. However I am a big fan of naked bikes. Thats why the SV650s was a good choice
