Recently it has been found that there is a petrol thief on the loose. They wait in petrol stations while you top your bike up and rush in and pay for you leaving you to pay for their full tank of gas...

Its a terrible crime and I feel sickened by what has happened to me...

Well at least the culprit paid for my lunch, not his fault the girl at the counter was a little slow, thanks for a good day James... Glad you got home fine...

It's works even better on bigger rideout's! - get in line first top up and wait till two or three are ready to pay! - it never fails.

Heh heh - we had a similar 'mix up' on the North/South ride. So many bikes in a tiny little petrol station...

... but in the end everybody paid for 'some' petrol, except Quiff, who we think managed to get a free tankfull somehow.

the same thing happened a couple of years ago on an ecosse rideout. we all stopped at a wee petrol station outside perth and out of 8 people I think it was 5 who all paid £7.09 for a tank of petrol. i am not bitter but I was not one of the 5

K3 Job c.v: Engine:remove/split/rebuild/refit. Replace:Gearbox,Fuel pump,Gaskets. Piston clean,rings. Overhaul:Throttle body,Injectors,Brakes,Forks. Remove/refit:Exhaust,Radiator,Oil cooler,Throttle,Air filter,Tank. Replace: Oil,Coolant,grease,brake hoses & bleed.
