Default If a dog was an engine

Just been listening to the dog walking across the hard floor, makes a chikka chikka chikka chikka noise.
Wondering what it would be if it was an engine, and what firing sequence?
It would be 4 cylinder obviously, if an inline 4 then 1,3,2,4 but not sure of the timing angles.

Just imagine the bark of the engine when revved up high.
