Just thought I would share these with you as the old girl is going away for the winter, poss strip down and frame paint.

I like how it looks tidy, but not overly tidy - the slightly tarnished look shows its been used, which is the whole point of bikes

Exactly, it still goes out with the local club (oldest bike by 40 years) and keeps up with most of them, not on the long straights but through the twisties she holds her own, in fact better than quite a few bikes - she's light and flickable
