Default IOM Ferry charges - 2010

Car (incl. 1 adult) - £210 rtn

Adult - £71.50 rtn

Child - £41 rtn

I know there was a thread somewhere about who's booking for next year etc, but didn't look to find it

they are currenty under investagation for over priceing so i wouldnt hold them numbers to high on the fact scale

Really? Cheers mucka...never knew that.

This was just from the email I got recently. Apparently there's a letter arrived today from them so will have a shufty when I get home.

You didn't mention the price for bikes. I just did a quick check. One man and his motorcycle, Heysham - Isle of Man Return £106. Departing 5th June returning 12th June 2010. Couldn't get it to give price for 2011.

That's the post TT price. A bike for the TT 2011 will cost around £200 based on previous years pricing. TT & MGP prices tend to be double what they are most of the rest of the year.

Not sure the OFT (in the UK at least) could do much about there charges, as they are not a UK based organisation; they are based in the IOM. Interesting to see if the IOM govt will finally do something about them though.

Just to clarify...you did mean 2011 as in not next year but the year after or is that a typo/
I know its a good idea to book well in advance for the TT but over 2 yrs in advance?
