Default UK Bike?

Hello All,

Off to look at a 2007 SV650S in metallic burgndy (paint code YHL) was this ever an official UK colour or is this likely to be an import?

Thanks.

Don't know about the paint code but he definitely has a burgundy/maroon coloured pointy, thought it was a uk colour.

Thanks for the quick replies. The bike looked good, so I put a deposit down. It will be great to be back on a big bike..!

Can't you do a check online for stuff like that - a bit late now you've put moolah down tho. Nevertheless, if it has two wheels, an engine and goes it's got to be good, right?

Thanks for the suggestion. Checked all the paperwork and there is the original invoice from a main dealer in Nottingham. The selling dealer also HPI checked it while I was there, so should be OK. Haven't seen many others this colour which made me wonder. I presume this one won't be as fast as a black or yellow one, though...

You are correct, the Black ones are by far and away the fastest of the lot, blue ones are reasonable, with yellow being slowest by a very big margin.
