Had a similar incident a couple of years ago (not pigeon, some other
sort of bird). Cost me 150 squid to call a chimney sweep at 7AM on a Sunday. Now, the way pros do it is they open all the windows prior to freeing the bird. The chimney sweep also put a plastic cap on the chimney to avoid a repeat incident. This plastic cap costs pennies. Strange that builders don't install them when building the house. |

Incorrectly installed gas fire! Might have been an undercover inspector from the Register checking it out!
Next time shine a light through the aperture and when the inquisative bugger pops his head up t wat him hard. nb650 |
