Mine which is 07 had this problem when we got it. The idle speed screw is really easy to get to as it's just below the tank on the right side of the bike and all it took was Dan adjusting it to idle a little higher.
I've also found that the choke has to be used right. If you are starting it with the choke, try pushing the choke OFF fully or just having it half on. On mine, too much choke makes it die. In the cold I literally have to have it on half choke for 10 seconds, then fully OFF or it will cut out. HTH. |

Could there be too much fuel getting in. Were the carbs you just put on brand new or just new to you?
