Default Pointless ironing...

Mum what are you doing?

I'm ironing,

Yes I can see that, what are you ironing?

It's a bag.

A carrier bag?

No it's a bag for life.

Right so it's a fabric holland and barret bag for life/carrier bag...

Yes, what's your point Simon?

Erm, you're weird mum.

Friend of mine used to share a flat with bloke that ironed everything, socks, pants, sheets, towels, even tea towels - everything.

He's a strange lad, friendly, but strange.

Tumble dryers act as good irons, if that fails then the only thing I iron is a shirt

My mum irons tea towels, pants, the lot. Just wear lycra cat suits every day and you'll never have to iron anything.

That is odd, less annoying than my mum's odd obsession with freezing everything.
"mum, have you got any milk?"
"yes"
"I can't see it?"
"in the freezer"
"oh, great I'll finish making this cuppa in 6-8 hours then"

I suspect that would look better on you than on me.

Just thinking about that now...
