Default HELP! Please. Clocks not working correctly.

Right! I'm having a nightmare! As most of you know I had a little "off" the other weekend and have been fixing my bike ever since.

Everything was going swimmingly until now.

Basically the headlights work, go on to full and low beam using switch. Also the indicators work; left, right and hazards.

BUT...

The clocks are working rev counter, time, speed, petrol light etc

but the indicators and high beam led's are not... Any instant ideas.. I have been checking the wiring and all seems fine.

The only thing I can think of is... Its a set of clocks off an SV1000, is the wiring for the clock different on an SV1000?

What year sv1000 are the clocks off? Compare the wiring diagram of that to the diagram for your K8

Yeah they are off Dave's thou.

Anyone got a haynes book for the sv1000 and can photograph the wiring pages for the '05 sv1000?

Spoke to suzuki and the logic board on the inisde of the clocks for the SV1000 K5 and SV650 K8 has a different part number so think they are slightly different in some way! How annoying!

But obv without having an SV650 K8 set of clocks to try its hard to know, so think I'm just going to have to buy another set of clocks, argh!
