Hi All,
I'm new on here so apologies for any mistakes...I hope to be on alot more in the future. My bike was knocked over whilst parked and luckily the only damage is twisted handlebars. Does anyone know the standard handlebar size or where I can get new set from online for an 09 Gladius? Short of going to my local dealer who will charge me an arm and a leg! ![]() I've had a look through the forums but couldn't see anything on sizes and the only websites in the stuff wanted stickies that have them are for the US... Cheers Calum |

Something like Renthal high rise bars would be similar to your stock Gladius bars, but obviously not the same

Thanks Mavi. Silly question but swapping them over is just a case of slipping the controls off the old and onto the new right? I've seen alot of talk about drilling etc...

The handlebars have a hole in them, where this pip should locate. Apart from that its just swapping the controls over. To get the grips off, slide a thin screwdriver and squirt some WD40 underneath the rubber, then they'll slip off easy. Clean the WD off and spray some hairspray in the grip, slide back in place and the hairspray will stick them in place

No problem. Renthals don't bend as easy as OEM Suzuki ones either
They do different heights and colours too

Good morning all.
Renthal Ultra lows seem to fit the Gladius well. You do need to drill them to accomodate the aforementioned plastic pip on the switch gear though. Also, the standard end weights wont fit Renthals. You'll need a set of Renthal ones. I think I have a new set of Ultra Lows in blue should you want them. Cheers. |
