Default new front tyre?

after a new front tyre for my bike, got bridgstones bt021 on at the mo, but went to the bike shop and he suggested getting the newer bt023's. apparantly they have far better grip, and are a better tyre in general? anyone have any thoughts on these? and is £125 fitted quite expensive for a new front tyre? not been overly keen on the bt021 touring tyre i've got on the back, but saying that i did have a sports tyre before so the grip was never going to be as good?
where is the best place to get tyres from online?
any advice would be great

I use Universal tyres, Unless you fit the tyres yourself its better to have them supply and fit, any gain is lost when you pay for fitting and balancing. Make sure you remove the wheel though as I believe its another £10-£15 if they remove the wheel.

I have Pilot power 2ct's on my sv1000 and they hold the road beautifully, there abit pricey but well worth the money.
