Default bump starting is...

bloody hard when you have no hills or any one to push ....

was in a rush last night to get to my GF's gig and left me bloody lights on, dad went in garage and saw turned them off but this was some 5 hours later, so went to jump on the bike for work and turn the ignition on and nothing not even a whisper of life, tried to jump it and nothing, tried charging it cranked then died, pretty sure the battery is beyond repair, so break down people are coming out to give it some life

think im going to buy a start charger

Think its exceptionally hard to bump an injected bike as the fuel pump needs priming

Couldn't you jump it off a car? Battery is difficult to get jump leads onto, so I put a pair of mole grips on each battery terminal, then the jump leads on the mole grips.
