Default Clarificiation on Chain and Sprockets parts and numbers.

Hi guys

In need of a new chain and sprockets for my naked curvy, been doing some reading and think I have a grasp of things but want to check my understanding is sound.

Front Sprocket - I know I need a 525 (weight?) but what does the first 3 numbers mean? For example, 289-525 or 314-525......

Rear Sprocket
- Same as above, 199-525, 215-525?

Chain - Im going for an X-Ring type chain and from reading it seems that Tsubaki are the brand to be with. They have 2 chain that have caught my eye.
I get the higher prices mean a between quality but would it be noticed on my bike?

Also, thinking of taking the Rentral front and rear sprockets, are they any good?

Cheers

Rob
