Hello just a post for a point in the right direction.
After failing twice to sell my SRAD trackbike I have decided to get it back out on the road. I have already removed the track fairing and have a mess of wires and the clock hanging loose. Now I am after a solution to mount the clocks to the top yoke somehow and a mount for my single headlamp. Is there anywhere I can go to buy them? Has anyone done something similar to their SV? Any hints or tips tht can save me any wasted time? Also hints of hiding the wiring? Ta in advance you lovely bunch of coconuts.

I mounted my clocks on a bracket fixed to the ignition barrel bolts. Dunno if that would be possible on your bike?
For the headlight you'll need some fork clamps like these http://www.mandp.co.uk/productinfo/5.../On-Two-Wheels I hid the wiring under the tank, behind the steering stem. |

Checked out the m and p link but my headlight is very small maybe 5" across. Andrew I'll get some pics up 2moro to give you all a better idea. Hiding wiring under tank is something I'll have to experiment with. I've got the fuses and a relay to hide and a load of connector blocks too. Still in sure it's possible will try it out 2moro. Cheers for your help so far.

I made the speedo bracket out of aluminium sheet. Think it was 4 or 5mm thick.
Works well with the sv speedo because most of the bracket is hidden by the plastic cover ![]() ![]() Is it like a dominator light you have then? With my new lights I mounted them to the frame mounts with that alu sheeting. ![]() |

I think the best thing to do would be to swap those rearsets for some standard pegs
I'll even throw in some textile trousers |
