Adjustable span clutch lever for pointy 2005? - SV650.org

I'm looking for an adjustable clutch lever for my 2005 'black frame' pointy.. You can find about 39 on ebay but none of them look anything like standard: They are all fancy colours, have holes in and are 'suspect quality' as most are not branded and come from china, also most are shorter than standard.

I'd like to buy something that looks like a genuine one, or is there actually a genuine Suzuki part like this? i.e. span adjustable like the brake lever. I have small hands..

Any help would be great, thanks.

Do not dismiss the Chinese levers, quite a few of us here have them fitted and most find them very good. I have small hands too and I use a set and find them very comfortable and they have made it easier for me to brake and use the clutch.

I used standard length levers with a small adjuster on them and found that they need setting up once and then no matter who uses your bike, it takes seconds to get them back to perfect again. Also if you ride through out the year and use different gloves, you can change the position to suit.

The standard Suzuki one just does not have the adjustment required by those of us with small hands or short fingers.

the chievers are great and actually better quality and stronger than the OEM ones. get the2wheels ones as i have never had any from them that don't fit. they usually arrive at my door in a week. go for all black colour and remember to specify the lever and adjuster colour as well as the year, make and model of your bike. they do eventually fade to a titanium colour.

Yup! Another one for the Chinese "the2wheels" ones.

I got shorties but they do standard length as well.

They also have length adjustable, foldable and span adjustable ones.

I just had a spacer put in and kept the originals.

If you buy different levers, make sure that they still operate the clutch switch correctly. Bypassing this on the K3 onwards injected bikes actually changed the fuel maps the bike runs.
