If you think it's flat try giving the battery a charge, is it all starting up normally e.g. can you hear the FI priming, does the starter turn when you press the button?

A starter that just clicks is one where the solenoid is kaput.

I'm out of my knowledge zone now, so sorry if this is a stupid idea, but as you've been adjusting the clutch and it was working before, is it possible that the clutch switch is not engaging/disengaging when you pull the clutch in now. Just speculating with this as I don't know, hopefully someone who understands will confirm or teach me why I'm wrong. I tried starting my bike with the clutch out just now and it just clicks and dims the lights, I could be totally off track here though!

Is it a rapid clicking and is it coming from the starter solenoid? if so a rapid clicking usually means not enought power in the battery, is it fully charged?

Default Bike doesn't start!

Battery is on charge now hopefully there just wasn't enough power in the battery the clicking comes from under the seat.

Hardly conclusive - far more likely a flat battery.
