Insurance wow moment!
Last year when I first insured the Z900RS - it was expensive. Rather than getting a multi-bike policy I started a new one which meant no NCD, the result being it cost £480, this was with MCE. Their quote for this year was £322.
I pay a little over £100 for the SV with Hastings so I contacted them with a view to getting a multi-bike policy. They quoted for both bikes plus helmet/gear protection £198 or without gear protection £161. Since I was cancelling a policy but not leaving they don't charge a cancellation fee and deduct any residual value off the new policy, so my bill today comes to £102.36 Wow!
