Default Problem starting a K3 pointy

Hi all after runnin around town the other day i stopped for ten..when i tryed to start it revved to around 5000 then a heard click then cut out this happened about 5 times before it started... couple a miles doon the road a was comin up to lights droppin doon gears then it cut out again.... same scenario4-5 times then a left it for 5 min and it started fine .. a went for100mile blast wi no probs... did a flood it ....anybody had similar probs.... ch eers

erm, the only simular thing i can say happened to me was when it kept cutting out because of the side stand not being up properly. i havnt heard too many people on here with any cutting out problems like the one u've just had so hopefully it wont happen again.

cheers mate ... u couldbe right just funny how a was gettin something out of it then nought.... but a no the longer it was takin the more my rear end was collapsin....espiacally on one of the busiest streets in Glasgow :P chamoan!!!

Mine was cutting out several times after i got it back from its firsts ervice so i turned up the idle to 1400 and it has been fine since

ont he first service i think they adjust the clutch biting point and possibly the idle setting too.

hopefully someone who knows will reply
