Yeap

after 15months and none the wiser I have px'd my SV for an 06 FZ1S

Picking it up Tuesday and I hope I don't get any points soon

the battle with my SV starts from tomorrow to get all the aftermarket bits off it

An FZ1 is hardly going to leave you more vulnerable to points than an SV.

A dangerous driving rap, maybe. But points? Pah!

other bikes were

vfr800 - very nice but for that price it lacked power (only 105bhp)
Sprint ST - I test rode 2 and brakes felt like they were never there! scary on a thou with no brakes but again it might have been the 2 i rode
hayabussa - superb, comfy, powerful but not for my style of riding

and last the fazer - costs the same as the vfr and sprint st but comes with brakes, power better sitting position for me. pillion not as comfy as on the sprint but in the end something had to give
