Default busa.

my mate had his busa yesterday and i am well impressed! ive never really took any notice of them before because to be honest i think it looks like its fell out of the ugly tree hitting all the branches on the way down BUT man does it go! my sv was sounding pretty buzzy at 90 with the scorpion can on but that thing came past me on tickover! and the twin yoshi cans sound great, the new owner said he saw 150 on the first night he had it!

let us know what it's like!
last weekend was out on bike and there was a busa following in the twisties and i was actually pulling way from him but every time there was a bit of a straight he'd be bang on my rear wheel again.
Now I'm not the fastest of riders by any means but it got me wondering what they were like in tight twisties, maybe he was just to scared to chuck it about?

i took a fast bend at about 70ish and was watching in my mirrors to see what the busa did and just as i expected he drifted over the other side of the road, the sv can be difficult to stay with in the twistys with the right rider on board.

Read in this weeks MCN (so it must be true ), the ol' busa humping the new zzr14 in the "real world" , low-mid range torque.

My two favourite busa yarns are when they first came out un-restricted a mate (quiet, unassuming,50+ ex-racer) took his "favourite" brother-in-law out a road near his house in the borders and got 210mph on the clocks. 210 is 210!!

Got a riding lesson on the Glentrool Forest Park road (un-classified,how twisty can you handle?, single lane with passing places) from Mr Un-assuming. Eye-opening seeing somebody with that skill and confidence.

Its a hell of a barge but in the right hands etc.

Mate in work chopped in his speed triple for a busa "just to see what all the fuss was about". Grins inanely when asked,"whats it like?"

Personally could'nt trust myself on one, never mind afford the up keep!

Interested to hear what you think KwackZZR if you get a go , you lucky f......!
