Default Any one got Valto moto rear sets on? or simular.

I got a set of Valter moto rear sets and I'm not to sure what is the correct way the gear linkage fits on (quite a few different combinations). If someone could post a pic up or describe were abouts the spacers go etc that would be great.

Thanks Joe.

I use to have one but from what I remember not that many parts to mess around with. Which style have you got? The base model ?.

If you can stick a picture of of the bits you are trying to put together I should/might be able to work it out. With the linkage rod the bit with the flat potion(think 8mm or 10mm spanner fits that) is farther away from the footpegs IIRC.

You want to make sure the lock nut is done up properly. Mine was anyways IMO and it still came undone. I ended up using some locktight on said nut just for piece of mind as I got sick of thinking about it.

Cheers
Ben

Thanks alot, I got it sorted now thought they would have put a few instructions in.

Your back brake pedal seems to sit lower than mine which looks the better way than high like mine. (even though mine is at its most downward postion)

Did you locktite any bits up? I have done all of them other than the foot rests itself and pedals. (the bits were you would need molegrips to grip them and undo them from the back) Has anything come loose?

Cheers Joe.

Only the bolts that hold the rear sets to the frame everything else has nilock nuts so they won't come undone, For the brake peddle if the ajuster won't screw in any more cut the thread down!!!!!!

Its hardly brain surgury though, they come assembled and just need bolting on pretty much the same fashion as stock and they are intended for racing and racer types to fit them so I wouldn't expect instructions
