What you can do, though, is fit a recent GSXR clutch perch. Direct swap... Though you might have issues with the clutch cutout switch (I don't have one so I didn't pay it any heed) I doubt it would be hard to fix.

The brake fittment is the same but the TLS's had a 4 click leaver vs. the SV 6 click. Either will work, just the adjustment is not the same. The clutch lever is diffrent, but as was said if you use a TL or GSXR clutch bracket then you can use levers from thoes bikes. The switch is diffrent i think though, but not a problem if you bridge the wires. TLR brake is the same but the clutch is hydro so no it wont work.

If I'm remembering right, TLRs had a hydraulic clutch, TLSs had a cable one.

CRG, but they don't do SV either.
Seriously, if you want to, it takes a matter of minutes to change the perch over. If you cna change a lever, you can do it.
