Default A favour to ask

Ok, this is a bit stupid. Can I pop round and check someone's pointy SV footpegs as I want to double check where a washer goes and how the rear brake stuff connects up with stuff.

I'm sure I assembled them back correctly but paranoia is extremely hard to shake off.

I know I should have taken photos as I was disassembling them, but my memory's photographic. The negatives just got overexposed that's all!

It's not urgent.

Rear brake????? If it fell off doubt you'd actually notice. Having seen you ride, you're smooth enough to not need any brakes at all. Some of the track day courses get you to do a few laps with no brakes at all so surely having a brake that could fall off at any time is a good thing to keep your skills honed

Cool, but I work weekend evenings so it'll have to be a morning or early afternoon. I'll bring along some threadlock and a 17mm deep socket to tighten the spindle thingy as well as the circlip pliers to take the lever off.

Oh but then I don't have an SV anymore. Ah well.
