Default Van required

Hi,

If anyone is reading this and happens to be in the south east london area and owns a van that could fit a 125 in, could you call Anna on xxxxx xxxxxx, I've just had a call to say one of the group has broken down on their way back.

Cheers,

MT

That sounds like Krazy Kim - her wheels weren't sounding too well last night

Default Van no longer required

It was indeed Kim that broke down - engine seized on the A20 @ about 75mph.

Myself, Jambo and Sid Squid had been separated by some lights, so came across her, stopped but upright in the middle lane.

By the time I got stopped and sorted out, she already had it on the hard shoulder.

Dave, erm forgot his surname, came out with his bike trailer from Purley, and we got the NSR back to Iching2go's garage, then Kim back home.

Personally she did briliantly, kept the bike on 2 wheels and got of the road safely, so well done Kim.

Dave Tyler wins a "man of the match" award for accepting a call from us at gone 11:30 at night and offering to come and pick up the bike with his trailer. Top bloke!

Hopefully th NSR's engine is repairable, we'll have to wait and see....

Kim did brilliantly, so a big "well done" to her, I hope never to have an engine seize on me!

Well done Kim on staying upright.

I've had an engine sieze on me (again, a 125 engine) & I know what it's like travelling at 70ish for it to go bang & not want to move.

Also very nice to hear about folks helping out.

Bloody ungrateful engine, espically after Sid spent all that time filling it up with two stroke oil, or was it really cherryade?

Bad luck Kim. Drop us a PM if you want a pillion seat for a while.
