 Billed as the world's ugliest bike where I found it (the picture): does anyone know what it is? I haven't a clue! |

That fairing looks like a badly done GCSE design technology project. At the least, a terribly conceived aftermarket fairing. I'd be very surprised if that was a real mass-made bike manufacturer's fairing.
