Default Newbie style question

ok so when it comes to after market and tuning im useless.

so i am looking for a new (louder) exhaust and have seen this and wanted advice, i like this because im tight and don't like spending loads of money, but the big question is will it be loud and not sound like a wet fart

now the the newbie question, how do you get into the exhaust can to remove the baffles. now going back to my scooter days the can would slip over the baffle and then bolt on the the downpipe. is this the same?
