You could well be right,but by then the Chinese will have taken over and it will all be irrelevant.

I was thinking, if you have one world-wide currency, that wouldnt be a good thing, becasue tehre'd be no other economy to compare it against, so it would be worthless

right? or left?

Ah but dont forget that old Liz is still technicaly the Soverign of Canada and has her face all over their money. So if the Amero goes ahead it wouldnt suprise me if the UK joined that instead of the Euro.

But since the UK has finaly paid of its mortgage to the US last year maybe it will decide to find a new "best friend" to have a special relationship with and buddy up to China.

Well why not? liz is German, her hubby is Greek one of their grandkids is the ******* child of a ginger army officer so its baout time they inluded the Chinese in their family isnt it?
Maybe Harry will get himself a Chinese catalogue bride one of these days...tho he better order 2. You know what its like with a Chinese, as soon as you're finished you could do with another

I'll guess left. We know the current value of currencies, so conversion would be simple enough, obviously. So once everyone is on Alstarhero Dollars, then the usual things which effect the rates of inflation within any country would apply globally, as they do to an extent now anyway. As long as people are using it, and there isn't over supply, then it would have value.

I'd be surprised if Canada want to get lumped in with the USA, and I wonder if the US would open their borders in the same way European countries have- I doubt it.
