personally I would get them powder coated or buff them till they gleem

remember noticing them at the last rideout, they did look a bit RAF
mines is nearly 4 years, 9k miles and they're like new so probably not an old issue thats since been improved, could be a bad batch of legs/paint/laquer I would say it should be a straight warranty claim, would be surprised if they knocked it back |

That is what my yoke is like too, forks are fine though. I was going to remove the yolk over winter and autosol it up, but I'm putting gsxr forks on now instead
