Did you use anything with it?

![]() Who me? No just applied it with an old toothbrush, waited 3 minutes then washed it off. Didn't have any polish to finish it off or anything so just left it as it was. Like Rob said, you only have to use a very small amount. The bottle will last ages. |

Got mine yesterday. I recently polished up the pipes so I'll try it once they're browned up a bit.
In the meantime, this is what it does to chrome. ![]() That was left on a while. If you rinsed it off quickly it would be alright. I also put it on a bit of plastic - the SV rear shock protector/hugger - and it had no effect (left it on for 30 minutes). I don't have a sacrificial painted piece to test. I'm disappointed. I wanted it to be like the blood in Alien. ![]() |

Can't beat the DB tried and tested way of getting an SV downpipe shiny....theres never an easy way of getting any downpipe shiny.
When there is, the whole world will hear me cackle, cause I haz one hell of a b'tard downpipe to get shiny ont VRap, they never get shiny, ever, ever, ever, and boy oh boy does it stump me!

I eat my words, this stuff works!!!! ![]() So it took a couple of applications on the first trial to get it somewhere near shiny, but when the bike gets washed again, it'll most certainly bring it up to my standard of shinyness!

Hmm, wonderwheels, never thought of using that on my downpipes, seems to work judging from the above pictures!
Might have a crack at it whilst I'm waiting for the sprayers to finish pulling their hair out over the candy colour I've asked them to do. ![]() |

wonder wheels is great but don't get it on galvanised stuff as it takes the lustre right out of it.
