Intresting read, going to have a proper read in a minute
Don't think there is out but CBR600 F3 internals or ZZR600 E series. I have seen track bikes done with RWU R6 front ends, have seen a supertwin with a CBR600RR3 front end in SRAD are something daft (for the time on a road bike) like 46mm stanchions

HELP PLEASE
I have SRAD Yokes in K4 600 Forks with SRAD front wheel and K4 spindle. The spindle spacer/nut doesn't sit against the fork leg as this makes the wheel not central. If ive work it out correctly I need to cut 7mm off the spacer/nut that clamps into the fork leg?? Please help before I butcher it lol |

dont cut the nut or you loose thread for the axle. better getting a spacer made to go between the outside edge of the fork and the inside of the nut.
i could be wrong but if you are using srad yokes and wheel then there should be no need to space the callipers. the axle and nut are the same as for later bikes its the wheel hub width and fork centres that change. srad yokes have a central ignition hole on the top yoke if yours is offset to the right like the SV then you have later K1-3 yokes. also as you have mentioned that you have spaced the callipers out then i presume that you have conventional forks which means that you have K1-3 gsxr forks as the K4 forks are USD |

I have used k4 750 forks. They are radial calipers but the srad discs are 20mm bigger than the k4. The nut for the spindle looks like a top hat. The spindle uses a 24mm allen key

yup same forks as mine, using the srad yokes should theoretically space it out for the srad wheel. i used the later black radial callipers with 320 discs and it all works perfect without spacers. problems arise when you try and fit srad wheel to later yokes but its only 1mm either side. as for the bearings its 3.5mm wider each side. i personally would get the correct wheel/yokes or get a nut spacer made up.
