Vasoline (petroleum jelly) might be better in this case?

Nobbylad! Your a Genius! I printed off your diagram today and used it to refer to for my Stebel!

All fitted successfully.

I seperated my Stebel and put the one part in nose of fairing and the other part down behind radiator. I ran the cables back towards the seat and put the relay in there nicely tucked away.

Works a treat, I just want to go use it now. lol.

I was a little scared as I finished doing it all around 5:30/6PM and everyone was walking past, so I think I scared one or two people whilst testing it all worked.

Not me who's the genius, Baph (aka Dave) and others did most of it, I just put it in a picture so that dunces like me could wire it up!

I never separated my bits, but just bolted it to the rad mount....worked fine up until the Wirral Egg Run where it broke (prob because it was getting more or less full use for around 45 mins).

Glad you got it sorted though...they do wake people up on the morning commute.

i imagine it is for the FRAME, using it as an earthing point for the stebel horn.
