yeah it's ever so slightly welded into the end cap, so can't get end cap off to address the weld, but can't get baffle out because can't get end cap off..

Feck. Just fired the bike up again without any end can on it. Don't think a stubby is a good idea whatsoever lol. Recorded it but can't post it to youtube without converting into some kind of video etc.

Heat, i did read that if you get the exhaust up to operating temp the slight expansion in the metal should aid the removal (don't burn yourself, wear gloves or something)

dean = no go, it's to fit the 4 stud pipework, mines 3. Buggery. Might end up just importing one if I want one that badly. Or buy a generic can and rivet a yoshi plate on to it
