I have some Motrax, the two colour ones, they are good, very grippy.

its all good suggestions (mabe not the duct tape) but i was hoping for more. . . .

need chunky grips or some sort of sleeve you can place over the existing ones to make them thicker?

surely its not that complicated????

The motrax ones, I cut the old ones off and just did it that way, they are chunkier.

this is maybe a bit mad, but what about cutting another grip up and sticking it on top of the original grip with superglue ??
You'd need to do a bit of filling where the gap is but I reckon it would work.

What about the wrap-around hot grips... they are very chunky and really easy to remove and put on... No need to butcher OEM grips either.

If you're taking OEM ones off, easiest way is to squirt compressed air under them, they just float off.

or you could wrap some tennis grip tape on your existing grips .. if its ok for tennis grips it should last for ages...

I like the tennis grip idea, would be a option, wonder if i could stretch another set over the top of the existing ones instead?

as for gripping too hard, i wish it was that simple, i try to keep a relaxed grip but its my knuckles bent so far round that pull on the gloves and in turn straighten my fingers a bit so im working against my gloves?

the problem is my hands are too big for thin grips,

see!!!

Thicker grips will give you less feel of what your front end is doing.

How hard are you gripping your bars? you dont need to grip your bars that tight or your whole arm will be tense giving you less movement and less confidence.
