Spare remote for the alarm, and a spare key hidden on the bike somewhere.

Other than that, the std tool kit and a bungee net is all i have...that and an aa card.

If its an old brit bike you are riding, then a complete tool kit for that roadside strip down.

For example:-
Had a model J2 500 Royal Oilfield about 1952 in the early 1960s.

Tappet came loose on the way to Brands Hatch. I had the spanners for the job, only adjusted them the previous day.

Chain came off also on the way to Brands, had to flag others down for a spare link.

Plug whiskered up going to a scramble at Winchester. had to wait for the event to finish to flag someone down to borrow a plug spanner.

Oil feed to rockers broke. Messy.

Petrol pipe broke, patched up with insulation tape. Could have had a Enfield Meteor (chuckle chuckle).

Clutch gave out in central London. I was ready for this one with a full tool kit, stripped it down on the pavement.

Battery came off going over a hump back bridge, looked behind to see it bouncing down the road.

Ah! such happy days.
