Ok, time for another update..

The forks are off, and one of them is slightly bent (runs out by about 1mm at the bottom end, left fork) and the yoke is slightly twisted on the right. Again, fractionally, but it means when the bottom yokes are tightened, the top doesn't sit quite square on the forks / stem.

Bad times.

There's also, a bit of a hole in the radiator..

I'm not sure you can see it in that picture, but trust me, it's there..

There seems to be a place in Malton that straightens forks / yokes, I'm waiting to hear back from them, if not, they might be getting posted off to motoliner (along with the bent disks).
Anyone know of any other place that straightens forks around Yorkshire?

Also, I was toying with the idea of getting a replacement rad from america. There are a few on ebay, generally they seem more plentiful than the UK ones, in better condition, and, even after the postage has been paid, more than £50 cheaper. Anyone have any horror stories getting stuff from the states..?

You've got duty to pay on most items from the states, you're looking at around £14 as a charge for them telling you what else you owe so unless the tax works out less than £36 then you're still better off buying from the UK.
