I bought my bike about 250 miles from home and took it back in a van. No way I was riding it back as I didn't even have my licence yet when I collected it
![]() Get plenty of cardboard/foam and place it on the left side of the van. Then get the bike in using ramps (this is the most difficult part IMO!) and put it on the side stand leaning against the cardboard/foam. Get the front wheel right up against the bulkhead so it can't move when braking. I then secured it with straps & ratchets and rope too just to be sure. Didn't move at all during the journey. |
