Default Total Fitness = Amazing win win

Hello everyone,

Is anyone here a memeber of total fitness? I have just joined i think it is great loads of equipment, swimming pool, sauna etc and all for £30 a month.

I have had a great idea how to make your bike go faster! Lose weight, i go to the Gym most nights now and the pounds are litterally falling off. I figure the lighter i am the better my bike will perform. + I will also benefit from improved health, its the first ever win win situation i have discovered in this otherwise lose lose world.

Is anyone else losing weight for the sole purpose of making their bike go quicker (and to look better for the birds while doing stoppies and monster wheelies in town)

Have you thought of removing the wheels of your bike, that will make it lighter?

You could have your skeleton removed and replaced with titanium 'bones'. That should save a few ounces.

Or go for a really big dump before going for a ride.

Or just have a really small pillion..............I'm only 4 ft 10 and 7 stone soaking wet..............but i'm already taken, sorry

Never really understood gyms - seems to be full of people simulating exercise on machines, instead of riding a real bike or going for a real walk

There was a guy on visordown a while back getting all excited at his weight los because he'd replaced the disc bolts with titanium. I suggested he take a number 2 before he takes his next ride, since it'd save more weight. He wasn't amused.
