Got most of the spares I needed today after a painful ride on the tube (Jostling hurts my bruised ribs) so gonna go see Ian for fitting tonight.

Hopefully back on the road tomorrow.

Hopefully not back off the road the day after...

alas, some of us have to make do with limited mobility which lets us down mearly doing what others take for granted, walking is a challange, walking down into fields is painful
