Overall what a brilliant day out that was, the weather could not have been better for it. But I have to say sorry to everyone for putting a spanner in the works with my puncture, But thanks allot to everyone for helping me out your all top guys/girl.
I topped up the air in the tyre when I filled up to 40 psi. Done 90 odd miles on mainly motorway at ~80 and the pressure is currently at 32.5psi. Time for a new set of boots for the girl. BigApe sorry I didn't hang around to introduce myself, nice bike though.
